Online Group Program
Finding your Feet
Overview
Finding your Feet is an 8-week online group program for women ready to break free from diet culture and revolutionise their relationship with food and their bodies.
Come home to your food intuition, your body wisdom, and your wise soul.
Never doubt yourself again.
Claire
‘When Dawn explained how trauma affects our physiology, behaviours, and moods, I joined up so many dots so fast! It was such a relief to know that what was happening to me was normal! I wasn’t going completely insane, my nervous system was doing its job. Why hadn’t anyone explained this to me before? A huge weight lifted from my shoulders.’
I'm here and listening...
I hear that you feel crazy around food. Like you’re constantly failing, not coping, not getting ahead, and unable to keep things together.
I hear that you are mad at your uncooperative body that does the opposite of what you want it to.
I hear that feeling fat is the number one cause of your unhappiness.
I hear that you feel losing weight and being thinner will instantly improve everything in your life.
I hear that you believe thinner women are more confident, successful, happy, healthy, have great sex, earn great money, and bubble with positive energy and goodness.
I hear that you believe you must be faulty, that you believe you just don’t have the willpower or the strength of character to commit and see things through.
I hear that you feel you cannot go on like this one more day. You don’t want to count one more fucking calorie, measure one more fucking cup, or get on that fucking scale ever again!
Finding your feet is the antidote to it all
What You’ll Learn
Finding your Feet is a live 8-week online group course that will teach you how to:
- Trust that you know how to feed and tend to yourself
- Believe that your body knows its perfect weight and will get there if you get out of the way
- Heal the trauma, stress, and past issues that affect your metabolism and keep you cycling in disordered patterns
- Understand how your brain responds to your nervous system to maintain homeostasis of your weight
- Rewire your brain so that you can shift out of your current thinking
- Cope when you’re having a ‘fat attack’ and blaming your body for everything that feels wrong in your life
- Feel safe in your body so that you can reconnect with your body signals, your intuition, and your inner wisdom.
- Discover who you are when you’re not constantly thinking about your weight and appearance.
- Stop seeking perfection and external validation and approval
- Build your confidence to step unapologetically into the world without mirror checking and weighing yourself daily
- Become comfortable with being uncomfortable
- Engage with the superpower of questioning and challenging the status quo
- Make peace with your body, say no to diet culture and prescribed beauty standards, and never doubt yourself again.
And that’s just the beginning!

‘It wasn’t until I started working with Dawn, that I learned how this search for external validation and acceptance, had disconnected me from myself. Dawn expertly guided me on a deep journey into myself, and provided me with a safe space where I could explore and uncover the woman I am underneath decades of false beliefs.’
Why Finding your Feet?
When did you last sense the connection between your feet and the earth?
Have you ever done that?
Can you do it now?
If you don’t like to be in your body it's likely you struggle to even feel your feet.
If you aren’t inhabiting your body, all the way to your feet, then how can you stand on your own two feet?
The answer is, you can’t.
It might be hard to make decisions, trust yourself, feel secure in your choices, have confidence in your capability, your resilience, and your ability to stand firm.
Without a solid foundation, deep roots, and a firm footing it’s impossible to develop a trusting relationship with yourself.
Your body wants alignment
Let me show you how to nurture and inhabit her with kindness and patience.
